Step 2: Start Transfer The Chosen Newspaper Print
For this step, you must get somerubbing alcohol. Pour a bit of the rubbing alcohol into a cup and then soak your nails in the solution for 5 seconds, then you need to take a very small piece of an old newspaper and then press it against your nails, for 15-20 seconds. Gently peel it all off, and you will immediately notice how the newspaper ink has already transferred to your nails.
