Check it out!
Inspired by justataste. Let’s Get Started!
Arm yourself with all the bare essentials and get to business! All you need is:
- Bowl of frozen raspberries
- One tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Some honey or agave syrup
- Half a cup of low-fat or non-fat yogurt
Once you have gathered the ingredients, grab your food processor and put all of them in the bowl, then start mixing them all together for four to five minutes. It is important to keep on mixing the ingredients until you are left with a creamy, thick and frozen homogeneous mixture – that will be your frozen yogurt, in the end.
The best thing about it is that if you do not feel like eating the raspberries yogurt on the spot (although you should, because that is the point when it is the most intensely flavored!), or if you still have some extra left after you finish eating, you can easily transfer it to an airtight container and then put it in the freezer.
It should last for as much as 30 days, so whenever you feel like eating a cold and refreshing dessert during the hot summer days that are about to come, you can easily do it!
